Good to use, well balanced
I have always used a chef cook's knife, my partner has always preferred smaller knifes, but since receiving the Woll knife, we are fighting over who uses it. Very balanced, super easy to clean and as sharp as can be on delivery. Very high quality at a reasonable price.

We've had a couple of Woll frypans and a wok for several years and they are amazing so have recently purchased the knife set. So far, they have been incredible. Have to be careful not to cut myself though because they are so sharp.
